Trackers
Cookie policy.
What the site stores on your device, and why. Short answer: only what is strictly necessary, nothing for advertising.
In short
- No advertising cookies, no audience measurement today.
- Only what is necessary: your language, your cookie choices, your form drafts and your client-area sign-in.
- You can change your choices at any time, here or via “Manage cookies” at the bottom of every page.
01What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file a site places on your device. Local storage works the same way, without being sent to the server. Belgian law requires your consent for any tracker that is not strictly necessary for the service you ask for.
02What we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
twkl_consent | Cookie | Remember your cookie choices | Necessary | 6 months |
twkl-lang | Local storage | Remember the language chosen on the site | Necessary | Until deleted |
twkl_lang | Cookie | Remember the client area’s language, when you change it there | Necessary | 12 months |
twkl-ob1-brouillon | Local storage | Keep the draft of your project request | Necessary | 7 days, or until sent |
twkl-ob2-etape-… | Local storage | Reopen the project file at the step where you left it | Necessary | Until the file is sent |
twkl-client-token, twkl-ec-… | Local or session storage | Keep you signed in to the client area and remember its display | Necessary | Session, or 30 days if you tick “Remember me” |
| Microsoft sign-in (team) | Session storage | Authenticate the team in the admin centre | Necessary | Session |
These items are strictly necessary: the law does not require your consent for them, and they are never used to follow you from site to site.
03Third-party services
Fonts (Google Fonts) come from Google’s servers. The project forms also load technical libraries from jsDelivr and cdnjs (saving, sending e-mails, creating the PDF). These services set no cookies but receive your IP address on loading. The WhatsApp, Google and Microsoft buttons only open those services if you click them.
04Your choices
Audience measurement is a separate category. No such tool is active today; if we ever add one, it will stay off until you accept it, and you can withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it.
You can also delete cookies from your browser settings; the site will still work, but your preferences will be forgotten.
