In Brussels, Wallonia and Flanders, the Regions support the digitalisation of freelancers and SMEs. The ceiling is the same everywhere; your actual rate depends on your case.

Frequently asked questions
Before you start.
Do I own my website?
Yes, entirely: the code, the domain name and all access rights are in your name. You can switch providers without asking us for anything.
Can I start the project while waiting for the Region’s approval?
That is the most common trap. Depending on the scheme, starting work before the application is filed cancels the right to the grant. We check the order of the steps before starting anything.
What if the grant application is turned down?
You pay nothing extra for preparing the application. The quote already showed the amount without the grant: that is the one that applies, with no unpleasant surprise.
Does the grant cover monthly maintenance?
Usually not: the schemes cover investment, not recurring costs. We say so in the quote, so the monthly budget is clear.
Are non-profits eligible for grants?
It depends on the scheme: several target businesses and exclude the non-profit sector. We check case by case, and the non-profit rate applies either way.
